Common questions
When do I start paying?
Nothing is billed during the founding-member period. We'll notify every contractor well before plans start charging.
Is HST included?
Prices are shown before tax. HST at 15% is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your account, jobs and earnings history are never deleted.
